Terms of Service

1. The Service

Exotic Tools is a browser-based trading research terminal providing market data, educational indicators, a non-custodial wallet interface, and portfolio tools. It is provided as-is for educational and research purposes.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: All signals, indicators, and outputs are educational estimates generated by deterministic algorithms. Nothing here is financial advice. Crypto trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You can lose all funds you deploy. Always verify on TradingView or your exchange before acting.

2. Non-custodial wallet

You alone control your private keys. Keys are encrypted in your browser with your password; we never see or store them.
Lost password without a backup of your seed/private key means your funds are permanently unrecoverable. We cannot help.
You are responsible for verifying deposit addresses and networks. Sending assets on the wrong network can result in permanent loss.

3. Pro License — $10 one-time

One payment of $10 USD via Cash App unlocks Pro features for the lifetime of the product, tied to the email you provide.
License codes are single-use: once redeemed, a code is consumed and cannot be transferred or reused.
No refunds after a code has been redeemed, except where required by law.
We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or resold.

4. Third-party services

The terminal embeds or connects to TradingView, public blockchain RPC providers, optional AI providers, and optional Ramp/MoonPay widgets. Those services have their own terms; your use of them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to bypass license validation, resell codes, or automate abuse of free tiers.
No unlawful use of the terminal or wallet features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exotic Tools is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, lost funds, lost keys, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the in-app What's New panel.
